      According to the agreement, Beijing conquer optoelectronics will recommend and select personnel with senior technical titles or doctor's degree as part-time tutors of postgraduates, provide necessary practice sites, equipment and environment for appropriate number of postgraduates, provide practical training topics with the ability to cultivate innovation of postgraduates, formulate norms and management measures for Postgraduates' practice, and identify the practice situation of Postgraduates according to the situation Provide necessary living allowance for students.
